Claiming my car damages
On October 22 2022 alliance united insurance client run the red light and hit my car destroyed in the front, they were 6 people in the car they were drunk and 4 of them got run away and 2 of them were there when the police came, they game me their insurance information because they were sorry it was their mistake that night,the gril name who was driving shelsy gomez she was apologized to me because she was distracted, we already talked about this accident my insurance their insurance I already proved it was their fault,but now its been 6 months and I havent receive information when I will receive my claim to fix my car please Can you respond me
